VAXINE is an NYC-based hardcore punk band formed in 2017. Taking major influence from early ’80s UK acts like The Exploited, GBH, Discharge, and The Varukers, the band plays loud, political, and uncompromising hardcore punk.

VAXINE has toured extensively throughout the US, Canada, and Asia — two full West Coast runs, repeat trips to Montreal and Vancouver, multiple visits to Mexico, and a 2024 tour through Japan and South Korea. In August 2026 they played a sold-out Bowery Ballroom supporting Japanese hardcore legends Death Side. Up next: returning to Mexico and Australia in 2027.

The band self-released their first 7″ in 2019, followed by the full-length LP Frontal Lobotomy on Toxic State Records and Discos Enfermos. Their new LP, Swindled Again, will be released this winter on General Speech Records, who also released VAXINE’s most recent vinyl split with Japan’s The Last Survivors.

VAXINE’s live performances are defined by raw energy and the urgency of the early UK and international hardcore punk acts that still drive the band — with lyrics that stand more relevant now than ever before.
