01What this covers
This site is the press kit for VAXINE, a punk band formed in New York City in 2017. It exists so that writers, radio, zines, promoters and labels can find the band's photos, music, video, tour history and booking contact in one place. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not use the material.

02Who owns what is on here
The photographs, artwork, logos, band name, layout, written text, audio and video on this site belong to the band and, where a release is involved, to the labels that put it out. Those are General Speech Records, Toxic State Records and Discos Enfermos. Individual photographs remain the copyright of the photographers who took them: [PLACEHOLDER: photographer credits and any conditions they attached to their images].
Nothing on this site is public domain, royalty free or stock, and putting a picture on a press page does not put it up for grabs.
03What press and promoters may do
If you are covering the band or putting on a show with the band, you have our permission to do all of the following without asking first:
- Run the press photographs and the band logo in a review, interview, preview, listing, feature or record write-up, in print or online.
- Quote from the biography text on this site, or shorten it to fit, as long as the meaning stays intact.
- Use a press photograph and the logo on a flyer, poster or event page for a show that the band has confirmed.
- Play or stream the music on radio, on a podcast or in a mix, subject to whatever licence your broadcaster or platform already holds.
- Embed or link to the Bandcamp players and the video clips as they appear here.
Please credit the photographer whenever a credit is given for an image, and please credit the label when writing about a release.
04What is not allowed
Everything below needs written permission first. Ask at Mike@crawlspacebooking.com and you will get a straight answer.
- Selling anything with this material on it. That includes shirts, prints, patches, pins, posters sold as merchandise and print-on-demand of any kind.
- Using the photos, artwork, music or logo in advertising, or next to a sponsor or brand in a way that suggests the band endorses it.
- Redrawing, recolouring, cropping into or otherwise altering the logo and the record artwork. Scale it, do not rebuild it.
- Re-releasing, re-recording, remixing or distributing the recordings, or using them as the soundtrack to a film, advertisement or video you are monetising.
- Feeding this material into a machine learning or generative model as training data.
- Advertising a show, tour or appearance the band has not confirmed in writing, or using the material in a way that implies a booking or an endorsement that does not exist.
05Accuracy and availability
This is a static site kept up by hand. Tour dates, line-ups, venues and release details change, and this page can fall behind. Confirm dates with the band before you print anything. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it will work in every browser. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from anything on it.
06Links and embeds to other places
This site links out to Bandcamp, YouTube, Instagram, the labels and various venues, and it loads players from Bandcamp and YouTube when you click them. Those services are not ours. We do not control what they show you, what they collect or how they change, and a link here is not an endorsement of anything else on the other end of it. Once you follow a link or open a player you are covered by that company's terms, not by these. What the embeds do with your data is set out in our privacy policy.
07Changes to these terms
These terms can change. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and the version on this page is the one that applies. There is no archive of older versions.
08Governing law
